[Lyro AI] Introducing MCP connectors
Connect Lyro to external MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers and choose which tools it can use to retrieve information and perform actions during customer conversations. The server defines each tool and its inputs and outputs, so you don't need to build a separate Smart Action for every one.
What's new
An MCP configurator in the Tidio panel lets you connect external servers, browse the tools they provide, and select which ones Lyro is allowed to use.
How it works
Connect an MCP server → Tidio lists its available tools → you choose which tools Lyro can use.
For example, connect your billing platform's MCP server and enable a tool for checking subscription status. Lyro can then check whether a customer's subscription is active while answering their question.
You control which tools are enabled from each connected server, and your existing Smart Actions keep working as they are.
