[Lyro AI] Meet proactive Lyro

Lyro can now start conversations, not just respond to them.

What’s new

You can now set triggers that automatically start a conversation with Lyro. This allows Lyro to proactively engage customers before they ask a question.

How to set it up

Go to Lyro → Behavior → Proactive Roles.
Choose when Lyro should start the conversation, craft the first message, and provide clear guidance on how the conversation should be handled
You can create a new proactive role from scratch or start from a pre-built template.

Important: Proactive Roles use your Lyro Flows quota.
